Ingredients:
  • 1 Kg Fried Tortilla
  • 6-7 pieces of Tomato Roma Agros
  • 6 arbol chiles
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ of Onion
  • Cream
  • Cheese
  • Pot beans
  • Coriander
  • ½ liter of oil

Chilaquiles Rancheros

A delicious meal starts with a great salad. This will be your new favorite. It is fresh, easy, and tasty. There is a mix of flavors that you didn´t expect but will ask for more.

These ingredients are easy to find and you will use them in some more recipes very son.

Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Prep time:
  • 25 minutes
Serves:
  • 4 people
Directions
  1. Fry the tortilla in the oil for 10 minutes or until the tortilla is fried. Subsequently move to absorbent cloth and let it rest.
  2. For the sauce:
    1. In a frying pan, roast the tomato and chiles de arbol
    2. Add to the blender along with the garlic, onion, ¼ cup of water and salt to taste.
    3. Blend until a uniform sauce is achieved
    4. Fry the sauce again for 10 minutes or until it changes color.
  3. Decoration: On an extended plate, place the fried tortilla. Add the beans, cilantro, and sauce. Accompany with cream and cheese to taste.
