- Slice the Tomatoes Agros into thin slices with a serrated knife.
- Slice the mozzarella cheese also into slices.
- Stir in the oil, vinegar and lemon, season with salt and pepper, add 2 chopped basil leaves and stir.
- Arrange a slice of tomato on each plate, then one of cheese, another of tomato and so on until the circle of the plate is completed. Top with the dressing and garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
