Baked Sweet Potatoes

It’s time for a delicious and elegant dish!

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 Agros’ Ball Tomatoes
  • ½ onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Chicken soup
    Olive oil
  • 90 min.
  • 2 people.
  1. Peel and wash the sweet potatoes. Cut them into strips in the shape of French fries, and put them in the oven at 200° in a buttered mold for 40-50 minutes.
  2. Dip in a frying pan with oil, pour the chopped onion and then the chopped garlic, let it rest, then add a little broth, put the 4 tomatoes without the skin, add a little salt and oregano and cover.
  3. Let stand about 5 minutes or until everything is incorporated. Empty in the blender, blend and ready.
  4. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
