Vaccination campaign for Agro’s Collaborators

agros news

Committed to the health and well-being of our personnel, the Medical Services and Human Resources team at Agros Produce launched an initiative to make vaccination more accessible to our workers.

In alliance with the Secretary of Welfare of the State of Querétaro and the Roadrunner Brigade of the delegation of Colón, we were able to establish a special vaccination schedule just for collaborators of Agros. With the vaccination campaign, the attention towards collaborators was extremely agile. Furthermore, long lines were avoided, as well as the need for contact with other people. Agros also provided free transportation for personnel, facilitating transportation from points near their communities to the vaccination center and back.

As of today, 450 collaborators have benefited from the campaign, now having their complete dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The workers expressed their appreciation for these actions since the whole process was very fast; they participated without losing a day’s pay, and furthermore, they were able to rest that day and Sunday in order to report to work on Monday without any discomfort. As of today, 450 collaborators from distinct productive areas of the company have benefited from the campaign, now having their complete dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

We would like to thank the Municipality of Colon, the Secretary of Welfare of the State of Querétaro and the Roadrunner Brigade for helping us make this possible.

At Agros, we will continue working to benefit our collaborators, ensuring their well-being and always acting in congruence with our Mantra: Humanity.
